The uniquely designed DriTech(TM) drying oven separates the volatile organic compound removal and binder burn-out processes to achieve a more efficient drying process . A direct fired incinerator located in the middle is used to eliminate volatile organic compounds and is maintenance-free. It ensures that there are no contaminants in the oven cavity, and that smoke and solvents are not discharged from the drying oven outlet. The DriTech(TM) Dryer's internal airflow is controlled to reduce cold air entrainment at the inlet and outlet of the drying oven. The DriTech(TM) Drying Furnace is designed for fast peaking of the temperature profile, providing lower die exit temperatures and maximum release of volatile organic compounds in the early stages, resulting in higher paste drying efficiency. The device also features a compact design and smaller size.
