In the lightning protection project in Henan, the buildings and building intercom doors are outdoors, and the possibility of being struck by lightning is relatively high, causing great inconvenience to the users and causing great economic losses. Through the investigation and analysis of the causes of these lightning strikes, the main components of the crash are the power box, circuit board, and talker.

The main way for buildings to receive lightning strikes:

(1) Directly hit mine. Direct lightning strikes the lightning directly on the object. The thundercloud close to the ground induces an opposite charge on the protrusion. When the electric field strength between the thundercloud and the ground protrusion reaches the air breakdown strength, it will strike. Wear discharge, this type of thundercloud directly puncture discharge on the ground protrusion is called direct lightning. High buildings and their sides are subject to direct lightning strikes, and direct lightning strikes on the side of a building may be called side impact mines.

(2) Induction of thunder. Lightning strikes a conductor, such as a metal object next to the device, and indirectly strikes the object. Lightning induction is divided into electrostatic induction and electromagnetic induction.

The following measures should be taken to prevent the above buildings from being attacked by lightning:

The power box and circuit board should be grounded. The grounding wire should be solid and reliable. The grounding resistance should be ≤ 0.1Ω.

The wiring should be correct and reasonable. Power lines and signal lines should be placed indoors to avoid outdoor wiring as much as possible, and to avoid the same direction and cross wiring with metal pipes, gas pipes, etc., and to avoid the same wiring with metal pipes, gas pipes, etc. The distance between the two should be ≥ 5 meters. . The wiring should be laid in a straight line to minimize bending wiring.

The power box installation location should be properly selected:

(1) Avoid installing on the side wall of the house, especially on the side wall of the projected house, so as to prevent direct lightning strikes.

(2) Avoid installation on the side of a pipe where there is a metal pipe or a gas pipe. In particular, it must not be installed on a side wall that is less than 5 meters away from the metal pipe and the air pipe.

1.Welding materials

In Welding, substances called filler materials or consumables are used. As the name implies, these substances provide filler or a body of molten materials that provides a strong bond to be formed between the base metals used. Most welding processes will also require some form of shielding to protect both the main components and filler from being oxidized during the process.

2. Welding rod

1)Cast tungsten carbide based tubular rod

The hard phase of the rod is cast tungsten carbide which leads to higher hardness and better wear-resistance.

4)The hard phase of the rod is monocrystal WC, the welding layer has a higher wear resistance and better impact resistance.

Mainly used for the repair and strength for oil drills bits, such as PDC bit diameter holding by Oxy-Acetylene with weak carburizing flame.

3. Welding Rope

Made form mixture of CTC and self-fluxing nickel alloy covering on nickel wire. The CTC is in spherical or irregular with good wear resistance; the nickel alloy is in spherical or nearly spherical shape with good wettability and erosion resistance and better corrosion resistance than tubular rod.

4. Welding Bar

The rod is sintered by CTC and Ni-based powders.
