On December 1, 2011, the Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision reported the results of supervision and spot checks on three types of lubricants for real estate vehicles, corrugated boxes and cement bags. The results of supervision and spot checks showed that the quality of vehicle lubricating oil produced by enterprises in Liaoning Province has improved, and the sampling qualification rate has increased by 5 percentage points compared with the previous year. Unqualified items are low temperature dynamic viscosity, boundary pumping temperature, pour point, and cryogenic pumping viscosity.
