Japan’s Kinugawa Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. intends to conduct more business with China’s domestic automakers and foreign automakers, and will increase its sales in China to triple its current sales volume by FY2015. 30 billion yen (approximately 358.8 million U.S. dollars).

Currently, Kinugawa has established a partnership with Nissan’s joint venture in China, and Kinugawa intends to establish a broader partnership with Ford and Volkswagen’s joint venture in China and with Chinese automakers.

Kinugawa intends to further expand its product lineup (including chassis system seals and vibration damping products, etc.), and from May this year it will supply parts to China's Chery Automobile. In addition, it has obtained BYD Auto's chassis system seal supply contract.

To promote sales growth, Kinugawa will expand its existing five factories in China. In addition, it will spend RMB 1 billion (US$ 11.99 million) to build a new 6th factory in Henan Province, China.
