Relevant design, manufacturing and control of core technologies, comprehensive technical indicators and reliability to reach the level of international similar products. Through cooperative development, the three parties will completely change the traditional transmission mode of the machine tool, realize the "zero transmission" by direct drive technology, and change the traditional transmission mode by utilizing the soft mechanical characteristics of the torque motor and the high-precision characteristics of the high-precision inductive synchronizer. Replacing the working mode of "servo motor + worm gear" or "servo motor + gear box", directly driving the turntable of the rolling and grinding machine, and the turning table of the vertical turning machine, finally achieving the problem of breaking the machining precision of heavy-duty CNC machine tools.
