(1) The nature of the ore: Taolin lead zinc ore fluorite where metal filling solution was warmed genus deposit. Useful mineral ore galena, sphalerite, fluorite-based, copper ore and containing a small amount of yellow, pyrite, covellite like. The presence of sulfide ore in lead and zinc accounts for more than 90% of the total lead and zinc content, with a small amount of aluminum oxide and secondary copper sulfide ore near the surface. Gangue minerals quartz-based, SiO 2 content of 60% to 80%, In addition, barite, chlorite, sericite, kaolin clay, phyllite and the like.
The ore is dominated by a block structure. The galena is mainly embedded in the quartz vein with the sphalerite and pyrite. The crystalline particles are generally 1 to 5 mm, the largest is 18 to 20 mm, and the minimum is 0.01 to 0.05 mm. Sphalerite is mainly embedded in irregular veins in quartz veins or green schists, or in conjunction with pyrite and galena. The crystal particles are generally 2 to 10 mm, the largest is 22 to 10 mm, and the minimum is 0.025 to 0.05 mm. Fluorite is mainly massive crystals, and is generally symbiotic with galena and sphalerite in fine granular form.
The ore contains 0.91% lead, 1.25% zinc and 13.49% fluorite; however, the fluctuation range is larger, lead is 1.9%~0.62%, zinc is 3.27%~1.44%, fluorite is 18.48%~0.9%, and copper content is 0.081%.
The ore contains 8% mud and 8% to 9% water. The ore density is 2.761t/m 3 , the original mine loose density is 1.75t/m 3 , the lead concentrate density is 5.7t/m 3 , the zinc concentrate density is 4.3t/m 3 , the fluorite concentrate density is 3.10t/m 3 , and the copper concentrate The ore density is 4.1t/m 3 and the tailings density is 2.67t/m 3 .
(2) Process: The plant mainly produces lead and zinc, and comprehensively recovers fluorite powder concentrate. The ore mine adopts a three-stage open-circuit crushing process, and the final crushed product has a particle size of less than 22 mm, and the grinding is a closed-circuit process, and the grinding fineness is less than 0.074 mm, which is 48% to 50%. The selection process is priority flotation. First, copper and lead mixed flotation, copper and lead tailings are used for zinc flotation, and zinc tails are used for flotation of fluorite. The process flow is shown in Figure 1. The mineral processing technology indicators are shown in Table 1. The unit consumption indicators of the fluorite flotation part are shown in Table 2. The main equipment of the fluorite flotation part is shown in Table 3.
