The multi-degree-of-freedom non-orthogonal system is the key to control quality and improve efficiency in the field of equipment manufacturing. At present, there are technical problems such as inaccurate dynamic performance indicators and inconsistent measurement results. To this end, China Institute of Metrology leads Tianjin University, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Beijing Aerospace Measurement and Testing Technology Research Institute, China Aviation Industry Corporation Beijing Great Wall Metrology and Testing Technology Research Institute, Hangzhou Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Institute, Jilin Province Eight units including the hospital and Hangzhou Xinsong Robot Automation Co., Ltd. jointly carried out relevant research to overcome the key techniques of position and attitude measurement during the multi-degree-of-freedom system movement.
The project results will be expected to serve the manufacturing and application industries such as high-end multi-degree-of-freedom systems in China, solve the problem of dynamic position and attitude measurement value traceability of high-precision and multi-degree-of-freedom equipment, and realize on-line calibration and compensation of multi-degree-of-freedom system curve trajectory. Improve measurement speed, optimize system performance, and drive domestic multi-degree-of-freedom system to a larger range and higher precision, which will help improve the product quality and international competitiveness of China's multi-degree-of-freedom system.
