The crystallization of E-805 heat exchanger has always restricted the production of acetonitrile devices. The workshop technical team has made bold explorations and researches on the crystallization treatment of E-805 heat exchangers and proposed energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing methods.
In the past, when E-805 was crystallizing, it was necessary to cut off the feed and steam, and to stop the drying tower. At the same time, the tube of the E-805 heat exchanger must be purged with steam to crystallize. The technical team of the workshop judged through the comprehensive analysis of the drying tower temperature, pressure, and flow indicators and formulated a technical reform program that not only saves steam, but also improves product yield. Each year, unplanned downtime can be reduced by about 10 times.
In March 2010, the acetonitrile workshop team of Daqing Refining Polymer Factory successfully completed the E805 heat exchanger crystallization warming project. After production, the product yield increased by more than 5 percentage points.
