Electrical Charcter:

Excitation Systerm

AS440,SX460,SA465,SX440,SX421,MX341 or MX321

The main stator provides power for excitation of the exciter field via AVR

Output power of exciter's rotor is input to that of mains through 3-phase full wave rectifier.Two ends of the rectifier are connected with piezoresistance for restraining surge voltage and avoiding the impact caused by short circuit or parallel synchronization loss. Exciter's Stator is equipped with permanent magnetic steel, it can make generator starting smoothly in any occasions.

Voltage regulation(1.0%) and low frequency protection, exterior voltage adjustment of SX440,MX341 and Mx321 suitable for the generator with permanent magnetic generator (PMG)

Frame:

All industrial standard generators is IP21(NEMA1), also IP23 is optional, But rated power will decrease 5%,

Marine standard generators is Ip23. Air filter is optional, but rated power will decrease 5% if installed.

Axis and Key

All of the generator rotors pass balance test, The vibrations are lower than the minium of BS6861 P.A,  G2.5 two bearing generator has a half-key testing balance.

Terminal and Terminal  Box

The three-field generator has 12 leads brought out to the terminals in terminal box. The terminals are put on the non drive end. The box is equipped with removable panels

Engine Adaptor and Coupling Disc

SY-A Series single-bearing, engine adaptor: SAE0,1,2,3 and 4; Coupling discs: SAE8,10,11,.5,14 and 18 are available. 

SY-A Series double-bearing, engine adaptor: SAE0,1,2,3,4 and 5 are available. 

Voltage Regulation:

Voltage regulation refers to the change of voltage from non-load to with power factor ranging from 0.8 to 1 and 3%'s fluctuation of the speed of engine. Voltage is adjusted via potentiometer of AVR
